Who will install my carbonTRACK unit?

Your carbonTRACK unit will be installed by an accredited your supplier/carbonTRACK electrician. You do not have to do any part of the installation process by yourself, just sit back and relax.

How do smart plugs work?

Plug them into your outlet. Then plug in your appliance into the smartplug. The smartplug now monitors the usage from that outlet. Allowing you to monitor daily usage, Increased usage during seasons etc. Giving you a greater understanding of your energy usage.

How does it help with solar?

Understanding your energy usage allows you to see which appliances use the most energy. Once you are aware of this you can then use those appliances when your solar panel production is at peak performance. This ensures your panels are powering appliances that use the most energy therefore cutting down on grid reliance.

How long is the warranty and what does it include?

carbonTRACK offers a 12 month limited manufacturer’s warranty on all products. If a manufacturing fault appears within the warranty period, carbonTRACK will repair or replace your unit free of charge.
